Shipping Policy

Aifeellighting offers international shipping to most countries such as the United States and the European countries.

You can enter your address in the checkout process to see if it is on the list of countries and regions we can ship to.

Free Shipping

Aifeellighting offers free shipping on any order that ships within the the list of countries and regions we can ship to (except Iceland).

There are a few exceptions:

Orders include accessories only, such as light bulbs, ceiling plates

Orders shipping to Iceland

Please note: If the delivery address is in Iceland, we need to charge at least an $80 shipping fee.

Delivery time = processing time (order preparation) + shipping time

Processing Time

Mostly, the preparing time takes 3-10 working days.

Once your order information is received, we will process the order:

(1)Check the stock. (2)Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized. (3)Check your shipping address. (4)Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy. (5)If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.

Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This will may delay shipment.

√ Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number and query website.

1. Free shipping

Carrier: EMS

Cost: Free

Shipping time: 2-5 weeks to most countries such as the United States and the European countries (except Iceland)

2. Faster shipping

Carrier: Hong Kong EMS

Cost: $38 per piece

Shipping Time: 1-2 weeks to most countries such as the United States and the European countries (except Iceland)

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the speed of logistics and transportation has slowed down, and there will be delay in transport. We will do our very best to process orders and deliver goods for you in the fastest and best way.

Compensation for Overdue Delivery

If the goods are not delivered on time, we are very sorry for your delayed receipt of the goods, and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the goods delayed compensation. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.

Cancel Orders

We support canceling orders without reason within 48 hours since you placed the order. If your order has already been shipped, your orders cannot be canceled. As for the forcible cancellation of the order, you need to pay a shipping fee for this order.

Return Guarantee

Free return is available within 30 days since the receipt of the item. But the shipping fee of return is borned by you (except return of damaged goods).More details about returns are described on Returns&Refunds Policy page.


There will be tariffs when the max side length of a parcel is more than 60cm. Generally, this possibility is around 5%. If there is a tariff, we will be responsible for 20% of this amount. If you have any problem about it, please contact us at [email protected]

Refused Shipments

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot stop it. If you refuse to take delivery, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
